OpenLineage event posted to POST /jobs/lineage/execution-plans when producer contains the substring OpenLineage. Facets are passed through to S3; only job-name resolution and eventType=COMPLETE are interpreted.

RUNNING, COMPLETE, or FAIL. COMPLETE triggers observability.

Must contain OpenLineage to take this branch.

Job name and execution id are read from facets.parent.root.job.name or facets.spark_properties.properties spark.app.name (nativespark-{JobName}-{ExecutionId}).
