HandleRequest
- Fields:

Reason recorded with the approve or deny decision (stored as ApproversComment). Required by handler; missing key raises KeyError and returns HTTP 500.

- field action: StrictStr [Required] (alias 'Action')¶
Decision for the request. Must be approve or deny (else GE-1007). Missing key raises KeyError and returns HTTP 500.

This has the following differences from calling pydantic’s self.model_dump(by_alias=True):
None is only added to the output dict for nullable fields that were set at model initialization. Other fields with value None are ignored.
