Search HealthImaging imagesets

Searches HealthImaging imagesets in the given datastore using Patient, Study, Series, CreatedAt, and/or StudyTimestamp filters. Only supported when hcls_name is health-imaging and action is search_imagesets. Request body must be a non-empty object whose keys are a subset of those filters. CreatedAt and StudyTimestamp each require StartTime and EndTime.

Parameters:

  • hcls_name (str) – HCLS service type. Valid values: healthlake (FHIR datastore), omics-storage (Omics reference/sequence stores), omics-workflows (Omics workflows), health-imaging (HealthImaging datastore). (required)

  • id (str) – HealthImaging datastore StoreId. (required)

  • role_id (str) – Amorphic role identifier used for authorization. (required)

  • action (str) – Must be search_imagesets to perform an imageset metadata search. (required)

  • hcls_imageset_search (HclsImagesetSearch) – (required)

  • content_type (str) – Request content type. Use application/json for JSON bodies.

  • limit (str) – Maximum number of items to return. Default is 100. Maximum allowed is 1000.

  • offset (str) – 1-based page offset for pagination. Default is 1 (internally converted to 0-based).

  • sortorder (str) – Sort direction for the result set. Default is desc.

  • sortby (str) – Attribute to sort imagesets by. Default is CreationTime.

  • projection_expression (str) – Comma-separated list of attributes to include in each returned item. When omitted, all attributes are returned.

  • _request_timeout (int, tuple(int, int), optional) – timeout setting for this request. If one number provided, it will be total request timeout. It can also be a pair (tuple) of (connection, read) timeouts.

  • _request_auth (dict, optional) – set to override the auth_settings for an a single request; this effectively ignores the authentication in the spec for a single request.

  • _content_type (str, Optional) – force content-type for the request.

  • _headers (dict, optional) – set to override the headers for a single request; this effectively ignores the headers in the spec for a single request.

  • _host_index (int, optional) – set to override the host_index for a single request; this effectively ignores the host_index in the spec for a single request.
