HclsJobsImportJobConfig¶

Omics-storage import configuration. Reference stores use ReferenceGenome and FileName; sequence stores use ReferenceGenome, ReadSetName, SampleId, SubjectId.

Reference genome name (omics-reference) or existing reference ARN (omics-sequence).

Read set name for omics-sequence imports.

Sample id for omics-sequence imports.
