Omics-storage import configuration. Reference stores use ReferenceGenome and FileName; sequence stores use ReferenceGenome, ReadSetName, SampleId, SubjectId.

Source file name for omics-reference imports.

field reference_genome: Optional[StrictStr] = None (alias 'ReferenceGenome')

Reference genome name (omics-reference) or existing reference ARN (omics-sequence).

field read_set_name: Optional[StrictStr] = None (alias 'ReadSetName')

Read set name for omics-sequence imports.

field sample_id: Optional[StrictStr] = None (alias 'SampleId')

Sample id for omics-sequence imports.

field subject_id: Optional[StrictStr] = None (alias 'SubjectId')

Subject id for omics-sequence imports.
