Base64-encoded JSON array. Decoded shape is [{“ItemType”:”Feature Service”,”Filters”:{“title”:”.*example.*”,”tags”:”.*example.*”}}]. ItemType must be a supported ArcGIS type or AllItems. Filters is optional and must be an object when present. Rejected with IPV-1001 if not base64, not an array, or invalid ItemType.
